About the Role 

At Data Semantics, we’re looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the success of our B2B SaaS solutions.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, target-driven, collaborative, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to engage with global enterprises, build relationships with key decision-makers, and make a meaningful impact on business growth.

What We’re Looking For 

We’d love to hear from candidates who have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development roles. 
  • Hands-on experience in cold calling, outbound prospecting, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and lead qualification
  • Experience engaging CXO, VP, Director, Manager-level stakeholders in B2B environments
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Apollo, and Sales Navigator
  • Strong communication and teamwork skill
  • A problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
Required Technical Skills 
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound sales activities
  • Schedule meetings and create opportunities for the sales team by engaging prospective customers
  • Conduct market and account research to identify decision-makers and business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness
Leadership & Process Skills 
  • Experience in IT, Technology, B2B SaaS, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Business Intelligence, or Software Product companies 
  • Understanding of pipeline generation and opportunity management processes 
  • Experience working with decision-makers and enterprise customers 
  • Familiarity with modern CRM and sales engagement platforms
