Sujith Varghese, is the founder and the man behind Data Semantics. It was his vision that has nurtured the organization right from the beginning. His passion for technology and zeal to win despite all odds has been the driving force of Data Semantics. His ability to take risks and go where his heart tells him, is what makes him different and has been a big boon to Data Semantics.
Sujith started his career in sales and has worked with some large organizations in different capacities. He went on to be the Regional Head for Godrej Infotech in Saudi Arabia. He has been profiled in Magazines like CIO Review and Silicon India.
Sujith comes from an Entreprunial background, understanding business at a very young age. His education in Computer Engineering aided with his years of sales experience has guided the organization from it’s inception.
Apart from his Entreprunial interests, Sujith has a huge collection of books and is an avid reader. His passion for biking and adventure sports, are part of his other interests.
Sujith continues to inspire others to Dream Big. He believes that Data Semantics would be a driving force and a vehicle for change in society
Roshan, dons a very important hat in Data Semantics. He is the one who ensures the smooth functioning of the organization. As the Chief Operating Officer, Roshan has handled this critical function with ease. His ability to be calm at any situation and his talent at multitasking has ensured that Data Semantics deliver projects in sublime fashion.
Roshan comes with tons of experience working with companies like TCS and American Express. Starting his career grounds up as a Programmer, he has traveled all around the world delivering projects with ease. His roles spanning across being a Business Analyst, Project Manager and Delivery Head has given him the required skills to drive Data Semantics.
Roshan is not just good at delivering projects, he is an avid gamer. He is an adventure buff and loves traveling. He has also been heavily involved in Community service.
Roshan is a perfectionist with a strong focus on details, he believes in nurturing talent and grooming them to blend with the vision of the company. Roshan believes in shaping up his army of consultants and architects, to perform and deliver impeccable quality to every client Data Semantics works with.
Imad is the Chief Technology Officer for Data Semantics. As a CTO he has been responsible for establishing the company’s technical vision and strategy and also leading various aspects of the company’s future technology development. It includes incubation of the emerging technologies, creating an ecosystem for new innovations, IP management and creating industry and academic alliances.
Imad loves working with Data. Prior to his role as CTO- Imad has supported the company in various roles. He has worked as an Architect and Data Strategist. He has tons of experience working in different geographies and even today takes about 60 flights a year to travel to various client locations.
When not blazing a trail for Analytics, Imad loves to spend time with his family. He is a voracious reader and loves blogging.
Imad is a thought leader in analytics and has spoken at leading Business summits, industry and academic conferences on varied topics related to Data and Analytics.
Prathiksha has been one of the founding members of Data Semantics. Her knowledge of the organization and it’s belief system has helped her in building Key People Programmes, that would challenge status quo and bring about change.
Driven by her fundamental belief that passionate people are the primary drivers of business results, she has extensively worked towards turning the organization into a passion hub. This has helped to maximize individual and thereby the collective potential of Data Semantics to deliver distinctive and significant impact.
In a rapidly evolving business context which is a result of changing demographics, rise of digital technology and socially driven employer-employee relationships, what keeps her awake at night as a HR leader is to build disruptive yet viable solutions to the talent challenges that comes to her on day to day basis.
Prathiksha is a good listener and has been the in-house counsellor at Data Semantics. When not solving people problems, Prathiksha loves to get involved in music.
Sam has been a part of the team ever since it commenced, originally as the first employee of Data Semantics. He started as the Head of Operations and Sales, leading business development and partner relationships for Data Semantics
Prior to Data Semantics, he has served as Director, Sales, and Marketing for several Technological startup organizations. He has also worked with companies like Accenture and IBM.
Sam was also the Regional Head for the EMEA Business of Data Semantics for a number of years. He has been successful in decoding some big opportunities which emerged in the initial days of the company thus, setting stepping stones to move into new disciplines and geographies. He has been successful in building associations with over 50+ clients in the EMEA region.
Apart from work, he is an amazing vocalist and a guitarist. Sam loves traveling and has been a globetrotter traveling on both leisure and work. He has also been involved in a number of socio-cultural activities.
